Joe Ciaccio, Founder & El Presidente

Joe Ciaccio became a licensed Life & Health Agent in November of 1994. Since that time he has sold many, many forms of insurance from Mortgage Protection, Annuities and Medicare to our primary market niche, Final Expense.
Joe's consistently reached higher than expected goals throughout that period and was a top producer for the companies he worked with. Then in 2005 he shifted his attention to creating a bigger impact in the industry.
He dedicated himself to mentoring agents and managers to help them reach their potential.​ Joe is passionate about meeting the needs of agents and agencies. His hand picked team provides first-class service to each agent that they work with.
As of April 2021, Joe's agency, Ciaccio Crew, has submitted over $50,000,000 in life AP as well as provided 15,000+ Families with peace of mind through their products.

Heather Robinson
Director of Marketing

Heather Robinson began working with Joe in July 2010 as an assistant to contracting while she was finishing up her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida.
​
Heather took a strong interest in recruiting new agents by hearing and observing Joe recruiting agents Nationwide. At the end of 2012, Heather was promoted to becoming a recruiter and in 2014 earned the title of "Director of Marketing."
​
Even after all these years, Heather's passion continues by finding new talent! She loves working with new agents and managers who are hungry for success and ready to go all in on a proven system.
Jay Kennedy
Agent Support / Contracting

Jay Kennedy has been assisting agents since June 2014.
Jay has managerial experience and keeps agents on track when it comes to contracting, supplies, e-apps and anything carrier related you can imagine!

Jay's cheerful voice will always put a smile on your face. When you call in to ask what, you may think is a tough question... he converts it to a very simple answer.
He's passionate about working with agents, follow through, and being a part of the process that enables them to help protect their clients.
Austin Ciaccio

Austin joined Ciaccio Crew in April 2023 to help facilitate marketing activity and the new agent experience. He has embraced his role with passion and enthusiasm, eagerly diving into the industry to learn everything he can.

He assists Joe, Heather and Jay with their activities as they help each agent.
Henry Fernandez, Co-founder
C&F Medicare Partnership

Henry Fernandez joined forces with Joe in January 2019 to form C&F Medicare Partnership.
Henry brings with him 22 years of experience working with United Healthcare. In his last 13 years at UHC he managed 12 counties and his enrollments in AEP were some of the highest in the nation.

Henry is the man to speak with when it comes to moving your Medicare contracts over to us, as well as, how to begin in the MAPD and Medicare Supplement market.
His Medicare knowledge and expertise works well with our Final Expense agency.
